Students accepted to the concurrent program should select a major professor from among the faculty in their specialization area to help develop a plan for completing the undergraduate requirements as well as guiding their graduate course selection. This plan is an unofficial document that is in addition to the formal program of study form that specifies the components of the graduate program.

To be eligible for the concurrent degree program in Civil Engineering, a student must meet the following criteria: Have a minimum GPA of 3.0, Be within two semesters of graduation, Be able to satisfy all graduation requirements for the B.S. with less than 30 credits. Minimum scores: GPA of 3.50, GMAT-650.

The following application materials are required: Graduate College Application, Official transcripts, Graduate Management Test (GMAT), scores, Three letters of recommendation, Essay responses, Resume. Admission into the Engineering/MBA concurrent degree will only be considered for the fall semester of the student’s senior year. If admitted to the MBA program, students then complete a concurrent enrollment request form.
