All applicants whose native language is not English must prove college-level English proficiency. Students must satisfy this proficiency requirement by presenting a TOEFL score of 500 (PBT) or 173 (CBT) or 61 (iBT); or by presenting an IELTS score report of 6.5 or higher, or by completing the English program at the Center for English as a Second Language (CESL)with a letter of endorsement.

Students should submit an application for admission with a nonrefundable $75 application fee. The documents must include official TOEFL score report or IELTS score report, official academic records and certified English translations and official bank certified Financial Guarantee Statement in the amount of $35,456. The Financial Guarantee Statement attached to the application for admission must be filled out properly and certified by a bank with the bank’s official seal and signature of an authorized official.
